You keep ownership of everything you publish on your site. Magic Digs holds a license to store and serve it so the site can be delivered to your visitors.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for following the advertising rules of your board, your brokerage and your jurisdiction.
We may suspend an account that is used to send unsolicited mail, to publish unlawful content, or to place load on the platform that affects other customers.
